How do I do THIS in FORMS30?

I would like to know how to do several things in SQL*FORMS.

I would like to know how I can implement dialog boxes.

I would like to know how to implement big text viewing screens, much like what the help system uses. But I don't want to use the help system. I want to have it completely separate.

Any help?
