When if ORACLE V7 really going to come out?

When if ORACLE V7 really going to come out? I saw the announcement about the developers' version being released, and had previously heard that V7 would come out in July.

We were just checking into V7 courses with our local Oracle office and they said that these would run once it was really out - late September or early October.

Guess it means I won't buy support for a couple more months as there is nothing to upgrade to, yet.

Perhaps they're just going to wait until IOUW - maybe they'll hand out CDs with it on them to save all of those shipping costs ;-).
