Forms3 ?Trigger? aut. jump to next line

I am doing SQLFORMS version 3.0.

Let say I have a block similar to the one above. And each of the line is a separate field. And let say the user will enter some type of comments that is beyond the first field. The problem is that the text entered will continue to scroll along the first field, which is not very good in terms of style. I want to be able to set up some kind of triggers that will take care of that problem by automatically jump to the next field once the entering text reaches the end of the line.

I would appreciated if you could take some time to help me out.
