   You might want to take a look at:

     Mastering Oracle   Auth: Daniel J Cronin
                         Pub: Hayden Books (First Print 1989)
                        ISBN: 0-672-48419-6
                       Price: $24.95 (read as pounds in the UK)

  Its more of a tutorial on how to build a video rental application, but   it does cover the complete life cycle and it does contain some useful   techniques. It does contain Forms3, but not PL/SQL (very important in   Oracle 7).

  • You should find it most places, such as "Dillons" in C. London.

  Of course, if all else fails, you could always take a peep at the manuals   that come with Oracle - they have been known to supply the odd snippet of   information!
