July 5, 1992.
Dear Sir:
I am a M.S. student in Computer Science at The University of Iowa, Iowa. I have been working as a Research Assistant at the Center for Computer Aided Design, The University of Iowa since October 1990. I am designing and implementing a Data Server for a Concurrent Engineering environment using C++, ROSE (Object Oriented Database) and EXPRESS on Unix platforms. Data Server acts as an access controller for all incoming data requests and maintains different versions of objects. I have already demonstrated a working model of the Data Server for a single user environment.
My RA work involves team work and I am well accepted by my peers. My excellent interpersonal skills have enabled me to communicate my ideas clearly and effectively among team members. Thus, based upon my interest and qualifications, I feel confident to take up any challenging Software Engineering assignment.
My resume is enclosed for your consideration. I will be available from October 1,1992 onwards and am willing to relocate anywhere in the United States. Please contact me if you need any additional information. I look forward to hearing from you.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Rajanikanth Vemulapalli
