I would welcome any comments/advice regarding Oracle*CASE. I am considering using Oracle*CASE for a moderately complex system of: 80-100 tables, 50-70 forms, and 30-50 reports. Comments regarding the following would be most helpful:
o- How far did CASE take you in your development cycle?
o- Any mission stopping defects/limitations?
o- How well does the generator for SQL*Forms v3.0 work, and how
much of the final product needed to be built by hand?
o- Ditto ... REPORT*Writer?
o- How do the application produced perform? (response time/effic)
o- Was the documentation helpful? Or was experimentation more
enlightening?
o- Are there any facilities that were helpful in the user
documentation process?
o- What is Oracle's 'Application Foundation' and does it play
a role in the use of Oracle*CASE?
o- Any other random comments that you think might be helpful?
Thank you for any assistance you provide.
