Oracle have Oracle*Card, if you are familiar with McIntosh, it's an Hypercardlike  product wich let you define complete applications. I saw a demo of couple of months ago and it is a very impressive product (and, portable also! I think the product is available for all major GUI (MS-Windows, Motif, Open Look etc...)

It also let you include graphics in your database. The show I saw was a company selling sailboards, with a complete inventory (including pictures of each board).
