Oracle Terminal Problems

Hi,
We are running Oracle6.0, Forms3.0 and Menu5.0. We have to define X terminals
for Forms3.0 and Menu5.0 to run them on X-windows. The problem is that
when we run oraterm (Oracle*Terminal), regardless of whether we use -c option
for device names (e.g. xtermsun.r which is provided in system) or not, it
outputs the following error message:
"Unable to find requested or default map in the Oracle*Terminal .r file.".
The resource files (e.g. oraterm.r, xtermsun.r) are provided in the system.
Any suggestions? Please send them to me directly.
