Job Description:

• Understand non-functional requirements and service level agreements for all business functions.
• Strategize how performance test will integrate with each sprint.
• Review test scripts developer by the team and develop or make corrections if needed.
• Provide performance tuning ideas and solutions.
• Perform performance deployment, design and code inspections.
• Do performance modeling.
• Provide post performance test results in a clear format highlighting the trouble areas and provide suggested solutions.
• Mentor the performance testers to catch any performance red flags at early stages.
