There is no standalone SQL*Plus. SQL*Plus requires networking and other libraries as well.
Point your browser to:
http://www.oracle.com/technology/software/products/database/oracle10g/htdocs/10201linx8664soft.html
From there, you can download the Linux x86-64 Client. This will contain SQL*Plus and all of the files you need to run it.
