Which, I presume, has been accomplished by going into usenet groups, not reading their charter, and then spamming those who use them for technical purposes.

Please apologize and explain why it is that a legitimate company, would spam us using an anonymous gmail account and not provide a contact name?

Especially one that has legitimate email addresses on its website?
