If anyone is fool enough to do business with him after seeing that he is rude, crude, and seems to relish embarrassing his family and country then I guess asking for a MAC address wouldn't be enough to tell them that this guy is only has one interest. And it isn't what he claims to be selling.
Buyer beware. If anyone has done business with him my recommendation would be to hire a local security expert to clean your system.
