[Quoted] OK. now we're getting places. After running all the scripts you suggested and re-compiling, the library does upload without error. Also some of the forms that there were giving these errors on startup no longer do so:
ORA-00942 Table or view does not exist (repeated several times) FRM-18108 Failed to load the following objects

Unfortunatly the triggers and blocks referenced in the library still cannot be found at compilation (they are marked red in the object navigator)

Also some of the other forms are still giving these errors when loaded FRM-10081: Cannot retreive in AGSD_IPS module FRM-10043: Cannot open file
