Could you *PLEASE* stop posting this UTTER CRAP and follow up my advice?
You are
a) re-inventing the wheel, as this script already exists in $ORAC LE_HOME/rdbms/admin
b) you should run the create table statement (NOT the script), as a string using forms_ddl or dbms_sql
c) As this is an installation like type task, it shouldn't be available when hitting a button.

If you expect anyone in this group to do your work for you, you can safely forget about that.
If the advice above is too difficult for you, I suggest you hire a consultant to write the application for you.
