Not to be unkind ... but ..

It is the group. What you are doing is playing games by providing insufficient information for someone to help you.

Try again:

What product and what version of that product? What are you trying to do?
What is the business case you are trying to solve? What problem are you having when you try to do it? And as you were asked by Mark, the com port on which machine?

You can't expect help when your posts make it look like you think we can look over your shoulder and read your mind.
