The fact that some people are so lazy they expect us, for free and out of the goodness of their hearts, to do their homework, help them get jobs, and help them keep the jobs they have for which they are totally unqualified, and not make them lift a finger on their own behalf.
And of course it is our fault, our evil and wicked hearts that keep us from providing them with a five day 30 hour course on-line in a single usenet post.
