GRAPH doesn't show up!!

I'm running reports from FORMS with command

      WEB.SHOW_DOCUMENT('http://slkias01.si.goodyear.com:7777/reports/rwservlet/getjobid'||substr(v_rep,instr(v_rep,'_',-1)+1)||'?'||'server=rep_slkias01','_blank');
           

Everything works fine exceprt GRAPH included in report doesn't show up. I looked to source of report and I saw this line

<base href="http://slkias01.ad.goodyear.com:7777/reports/rwservlet/getfile/HW/YX856DFPRFvsLmOKHlVPmeA==/34622264.htm">

Look at the difference between

        slkias01.si.goodyear.com and slkias01.ad.goodyear.com

How can i change "base href" for reports?

Can anybody help me , please?

Aplication server is OAS10g
1.How to manage that on Linux RH Enterprise? 2.How to manage that on Windows 2003(2000) server?
