I hope you don't think someone is going to run a tutorial for you on a usenet group that starts off with "right mouse click on the ...." because it isn't going to happen.

I dislike being harsh but ... if you are unqualified for your job either quit or get training. If you are going to ask questions about a product list the version number.

But before you do any of the above ... go to http://otn.oracle.com and use the tutorials to learn as much of the product as possible. Then if you post questions give us some indication that you have put some effort into helping yourself.
