What you did was to spam a usenet group. There is a usenet group that has been specifically
set aside for commercial messages, comp.databases.oracle.marketplace. But you apparently
are too busy selling your product to care about reading a FAQ or feel that somehow the fact
that you are out to make a dollar makes you exempt from the rules that apply to other people.
Such thinking is both thoughtless and rude. But in either case you have failed to do anything
other than to spit in the faces of the very people you wished to turn into customers. Do you
really believe we are going to go to your web site and be good to you after you have so
clearly demonstrated your contempt for us?

What we expect from you is an apology for spamming, a promise to not do it again, and a
repost of your message to the appropriate usenet group. Anything less and you can rest
assured you just alienated the very people you were trying to influence.
