OK, so it´s the Java hype still everywhere,
how is the market for _JDeveloper_ ?

My humble impression is that this market is even smaller, I hear virtually
nothing of it around me.
There is one Koletzke book about it, and in the OTN
Forms still beats the JDeveloper group in terms of message counts.
That´s it.

Any thoughs about that ?

Folks at Oracle may not like hearing the truth but here it is: They are still a perceived as
a one product company. Their marketing efforts are shallow, inept, and unworthy of a
company that, in my opinion, has great technology to offer.

If I were sitting in Larry's chair the first thing I'd do is get people that actually understood
how to sell things and put them at the top of the marketing organization. You can not expect
people to buy what they don't even know you offer for sale.
