Based on what you posted we know nearly nothing about the problem.

What hardware?
What operating system?
What customizations were done to the 11.5.8 code? Are these reports canned reports from Oracle or reports created by a vendor?

I'd suggest you contact Oracle as you must have a support contract with them and let them help you.
