Of course, it's a little bit funny to ask if I can use Crystal Reports
instead
of Oracle Reports in a Oracle Developer Environment. However, I think
most developers (esp. Managers) would like to know if there are any other
options for them to choose (in consideration of human resources, money,
etc.) If I just let my boss know there's no other options without first
investigating, I'm sure my name will be in his "to-fire" list.
