Tool for Creating Triggers and Business Rules....Did you need anything similar?

• Set, remove, enable, disable triggers on tables interactively
• Help write trigger code that's simple but modifiable easily through a GUI or Browser interface (because of what we acticipate as the frequency of change in the Business Rules)
• Need to send email or kickoff other notification actions when certain tables are inserted into or modified, but then the notification actions need to be customizable through a Browser interface by the "notified" (like going on vacation - change the address or the email address need to be made different, temporarily or permanently).

We need to handle a mix of database systems and business rules handling triggers from them. We need something that's fairly flexible across vendors.

I am not sure such tools exist, checking if others may have such needs, may be using any tools that have these features or even close enough.

Any help appreciated.
