STUCK WITH INTERNAL PASSWORD

I have Oracle 8.1.7 on windows 2000 server. Whenever I try to connect as Internal through server manager (svrmgrl) it does not ask for password. It just connects.

I have tried ORAPWD; it creates a new password file but even then it does not ask for the password when I connect as Internal.

Plz. help urgently.
