[Quoted] Hmm... Last time I checked, there was freeware version of TOAD available at http://www.toadsoft.com. It lags behind commercial version in version number (latest available is 6.3.6.1, while commercial is at 7.3.0.4) and lacks some advanced functionality, but all the basics are there.
