Last I checked, Oracle comes with/installs its own JRE. Next time you run it, check the task manager and see if jrew is running. It could be that if you kill the running jrew and run the console again, it'll come up. I've also had it take a couple of minutes (or more) before it'll come up. Put mildly, Oracle's java-based apps can be a little flaky sometimes. ;-) Received on Mon May 19 2003 - 14:45:53 CEST
