I noticed that there's something called REF CURSOR in Oracle but I'm not familiar with this. Would someone just give me some brief intro and I'd investigate further?
In particular,
(1) is REF CURSOR is pure a oracle database construct?
(2) is it used particularly in oracle tools like forms, reports, etc.?
(3) could you quote some examples?
