[Quoted] [Quoted] I work in a large organization in which contract personnel perform certain [Quoted] actions to an Oracle database. We need to be able to track when certain tasks have been completed and we need to know by whom, and we would like to [Quoted] have organized reports of these activities. For example, a contractor might [Quoted] assemble a mailing list and then indicate that the task is completed. We would like to be able to get statistics on how long it takes contractors to [Quoted] complete these task and relevant statistics, such as mean time to do the job, instances that exceed some time limit, etc.

Can anyone point me to websites of companies that offer tools or other solutions to this type of problem?

I apologize for the vaguely formulated nature of this request. I have little [Quoted] knowledge of large database systems but have been asked to look into this.

Thanks in advance,
