Re: Pro*C 8.0.6 needed

Install Forms 6i and then apply the latest patchset (13) then you will have the entire 8.0.6 db utilities under the Forms 6i directory including Pro*C 8.0.6 and sqlldr, etc. Configure the Pro*C configuration file and if you have a C compiler on your OS (windows/linux/solaris - don't know the rest) then you good to go.
