No, there isn't. Developer 6i will always use the Oracle 8 required support files. You can 'share' tnsnames.ora though by setting TNS_ADMIN to either directory in HKLM\software\oracle Of course you should stick to 8.0 syntax in your 9i tnsnames.ora in that case.
