Linux(RH7.3) and 9iDev Suite Form error

FRM-91111 (Internal Error: Window startup failure)and FRM-10039 (Unable to startup the Form Builder). The metalink oracle search for these errors basically say it is a problem with the Xwindows and the LD_LIBRARY_PATH. I have no problem starting an xterm session, xeyes, etc and like I said Jdev starts up just fine. I have the DISPLAY variable set properly as well.
Any ideas as to what to look at?
