My biggest gripe doesn't have so much to do with putting the data into the tool ... though I'd like to see some improvements in the UI that I'm probably the only person on the planet who'd think it was an improvement. I always wish software would work the way my mind does. I probably won't live long enuf to see that happen.
My pet peeve, however, is on the output side ... as in page layout. In Oracle's defense, though, it also applies to almost every other CASE tool out there. I wish it had better page layout tools that recognize that I'm printing on a sheet fed laser printer instead of on a CAD graphics plotter, with huge oversized paper. It's tiresome to have to get out the scissors and scotch tape to put the whole picture together after it's printed. Automatic off-page connectors for all the foreign key lines that bleed into the printed page gutters.
