Network Monitor Software wanted for Oracle *and* MS SQL

Anyone know if there is a inexpensive (free?) network monitor program that monitors Oracle databases *and* MS SQL databases? We have 10 Oracle servers and 3 SQL servers, we want to be notified when there's a problem (especially in the weekend).
