I have installed JDeveloper and Oracle 9iAS server with Portal (version 2). I have built my first java App in JDeveloper, and now I want to deploy it through Portal. I can find a lot of documentation to help me do it for version one, and I'm sure I could eventually figure out how to do it manually, but isn't JDeveloper supposed to somehow link with Portal to allow wizards to deploy java apps? I have downloaded tutorials, but when I look in my menus, the same menu items are not there. If you have used both of these tools together, would you please share some advice on getting them to interface?
