SQL Loader Window Won't Close

[Quoted] I am calling the sqlldr80.exe from a vb exe using the shell command. Everything is working ok except the dos sql loader window stays open. I don't know what is causing this. If I call the loader from start, run the [Quoted] same thing happens. What kind of command closes the sql loader.Here is the [Quoted] control file I am using:

[Quoted] The vb exe runs hourly on a windows2000 server. So it is not possible to
manually close the windows.
Pleas offer any suggestions.
