Help needed on ifsomssetup and ifsmgr

I'm having problems running ifsomssetup and the ifsmgr. First I had installed:
Oracle Database 9i (Version 9.2.0.1.0),
Oracle 9i Application Server (9.0.2.0.0) and Oracle iFS (9.0.2.1.0) on the same machine.

Using this, I had no problems. But as it was that slow, I had to use two machines, one for the database, the other for the rest. On the database-machine, Oracle Database 8.1.7 (patched to 8.1.7.3) was installed. I wasn't allowed to install Database 9i. I ran iFS Configuration Manager, had a Repository and Schema finished, can start ifsdc, ifsnode and the ifsdomain without problems.

The things that don't work are ifsomssetup and ifsmgr. Though I can start ifsmgr, it asks for a valid 9iFS-user. Generally, which one would that be?

I've searched MetaLink for answers but didn't find any.
