I built one for a major resort chain. A good system is extraordinarily
complicated. You can email me off-line if you wish ... but I will tell you
this for free ... the greatest fun comes from the fact that they overbook
rooms. And that the percentage of overbooking depends on room type,
resort, season, and historical trends. So you have to allow reserving
things that don't exist and flexibility that doesn't smile when it
confronts relational integrity.
