These are the versions of Discoverer (there are even four!) Administation Edition: the client server tool to create end-user layers for your end-users
Desktop Edition: The client server tool for end users to create workbooks etc
Web Discoverer (the one with IAS): the web-server version of Desktop Edition with some limitations in functionality, but still to create and deploy workbooks
Discoverer Web Viewer: a 'view only' version of discoverer, for prepared workbooks.
