Oracle JDeveloper 9i JSP Problem

Incidentally, the class cast exception occurred previously, but disappeared when I ensured the inclusion of a file called xalan.jar (in a library).

Consequently, I suspect the error is to do with the Embedded Server not including this file when it should, no matter what I've tried.

Any suggestions or help with this would be very greatly appreciated.
