Hi,
what is fast for you? SQL-Load with direct path is fast.
I think there is no faster way.
What is your hardware, what size has tha ascii-file and how many indexes
have to rebuild after loading the data?
Are there any clauses in the ctl-file?
How are the memory parameters?
May be you have to increase sort area size to improve the index rebuild.
Hope this helps,
Holger
