The DDL to HTML coverter in the freeware DBATool might be of some help to you. Its not quite an ER diagram but it does provide a nicely interlinked HTML documentation tree of your schema showing the DDL structure of each table, index, constraint package etc. and how the objects are related (foreign keys/synonyms/grants etc) to each other.
