[Quoted] ODBC's cause me more headache than I care to talk about, but the root cause of the problems are an old legacy app (poorly) written in MSAccess
Having said that, I find that (sometimes) the Merant drivers work the best overall, once when I was having some problems with an Oracle driver Oracle told me that their drivers did not have all of the functionality of the Merant drivers.
