Which options aren't available?
You can generate HTML dynamically using built-in database packages
You can use ...
JavaScript
VBScript
Java
PHP
Cold Fusion
XML
HP Web Services Platform
etc. etc. etc.
There are dozens of possibilities. My only advice would be to stay away from Microsoft-centric solutions.
