Only row headers as textoutput in Oracle Reports

I have written a simple report with Oracle Reports 6i and everything work fine. Database version is Oracle 8.1.7. Now my customer wants this report as text output in csv format. In Reports Runtime every output format (PDF, HTML, ...) works as expected, text output however only gives the row headers as output and this once per row. So my output file contains only 5000 identical row header lines.

What am I doing wrong?
