The first thing you've got to do is learn about the following web sites:
http://www.oracle.com http://technet.oracle.com http://tahiti.oracle.com
Questions such as the one you are asking are easily answered there. Also they are an excellent resource for learning Oracle.
But I am concerned that perhaps you think Oracle is just something you learn ... a few commands ... a bit of what a table and an index is and then you are employable. Nothing could be further from the truth.
I would suggest you start learning how to Entity-Relationship Diagram and learn about normalization. Then go to http://store.oracle.com and spend $39 US for a copy of Oracle to install and use for your education. Also look for education programs at a local college or university. Make sure it is one that includes hands-on and is not just intended to squeak you past an OCP.
PS: If the program guarantees you a job ... it is a scam.
