I understand, but I get a lot from Microsoft with MSDE for a very very very reasonable price <G>.
As a small niche-market developer, the MSDE product allows me to develop full applications for the individual users desktop that can be very easily ported up to SQL Server for those clients that need more AND I don't have to spend many $ by processor or named user in order to do this.
