I doubt that you will be successful in this task. Both Oracle and MS SQL Server are very complex products with very rich feature sets. Contrary to marketing claims, the feature sets are VERY similar. You could spend months comparing the two products. For what purpose have you been assigned this task?
Are you a Microsoft-only organization? Do you plan to run only on Microsoft operating systems? If so , you will probably select MS SQL. The people in your company will probably have an existing enterprise Microsoft contract, and will be disposed to buying software from Microsoft.
If you plan to run Linux, Solaris, or something else, then MS SQL is out of the question for you. It runs only on Windows NT/2000/.net.
