Web based graphs using Discoverer

All,
I am trying to create and display graphs on web pages using Oracle
Discoverer. I understand that Discoverer allows us to do this on thier
fat client.
However, is there any way I can publish this to the web?
Is there an Oracle tool/software that will enable me to do this?
If not, what are the other ways in which I can accomplish this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
