JDeveloper --- where is the sessionInfo icon

I was reading Jdeveloper handbook, but I was never able to find the "SessionInfo" icon from the "InfoProduces tab of the pallette." I checked the combobox, there is only "swing", "awt", "Swing container", "JClient". I wasn't able to find the "BC4J" page from the component pallette.

my version of jdeveloper is 9.0
