HELP Strange one!!! Ora Dev2000 forms 4.5, Ora8i Personal and Ora 7

When I run the forms runtime I get the following error.

FRM-10247: No active items in root menu of application

then

FRM-41810: Error creating Menu

However if I run the same application to connect to the Oracle 7 Workgroup server database there is no problem.

Would be really grateful for any help or advice. Need to get it running ASAP and its now 02:45 and I am knackered and the boss leaves later today.
